[aprssig] Waypoint truncation

Scott,

     I just checked my Kenwood TH-D7A(G) and it will do NMEA 6, 7, 8,
or 9 digits for the waypoint (Garmin). Only 6 digits for the Magellan
option (I have never used it), and a DGPS option (Don't remember what
it's for).
