Any home stations that are running a very recent Xastir will
most likely respond to either RELAY or WIDE1-1.  Later on we'll take
RELAY out of there and leave only WIDE1-1 as the default, but we'll
have to make sure that people in other areas of the world can switch
it to whatever they're using locally.
