If it is a world wide list then a lot of the digi´s don´t need to 
upgrade at all becouse the 14439fix is only used in the usa, it´s very 
unlikely that europe will folow that path becouse nearly all digis are 
software or uidigi so don´t suffer the kpc bug, you will be seeing N D U 
and R digis on this side of the atlantic for a long time.

ps a number of digis have been using trafic reducing settings on peek 
hours for over a year switching to normal settings automaticly after the 
peek hours (wide7-6 gets digied wide3-1)
