[aprssig] Local Event using RELAY?

Chris,

You do not understand Chris. The D-700 would be listening on 144.990,
but transmitting on 144.390 as if in Repeater mode. You just "offset"
the transmit frequency by 600 khz. I have not actually done this with
mine since I had no need to try it. But it means then, you listen on
144.990, and with the digipeat on RELAY or whatever the tracker is set
to on 144.990, the D-700 would digipeat it out on 144.390 without having
any means to "hold off" transmitting if the channel is busy. Not good
practice nor is it correct.
