         Dunno, but if we're using APRS for instrument approaches, we're 
"down to our last pocket change" in some emergency!  <G>

         Seriously, if we're looking for differential corrections, either 
WAAS or DGPS is available over much of the US.  I have no idea about 
outside the North American continent, though.
