One thing I forgot to mention with the last "Dmapper" update was the code I
forgot to stick in Version 2.12b11 to allow LOGIN strings for connection to
APRS servers that require logins. (sorry Herb)
If you try and connect to a server that requires a login, you won't get
anything but maybe a prompt. Those servers that just dump the data when you
make the connection will work fine. You can also connect to your existing
APRS programs acting as a server on the local machine, which CAN be
connected to an internet server at the same time.
I have the code written and will include it in a small EXE update in the
near future. Sorry I forgot to include it.... I guess to much nog for the
holidays.
