[aprssig] conveying map view

What I would think you would want to be able to do is use a group message to
transmit a bookmark (center and zoom) - either visible in the existing "Map
Display Bookmarks" dialog or another dialog very similar. I would not want a
group message to change my current view - although I can see where that would
be a nice feature also.
I would think a query to get the list of maps for a particular bookmark would
be nice and would not need to be transmitted unless the receiver wants it. I
would like to see the list of selected maps saved along with the current "Map
Display Bookmarks" also.
