No, its available for everyone, not just balloons. For example, his URL shows my
altitude profile through my 6 week trip out west:

i still need to work on improving the time labeling, but this cgi will hang

The cgi produces a PNG, which all current browsers handle correctly. Some older
browsers do not handle direct png graphics, this is addressed as the last item
in my FAQ. If people aren't seeing it, grabbing a current copy of any browser
will fix that...
