[aprssig] D700 microphone cable

To extend the Mic from the D700, I used an old extension cord for a handset 
left over from an old cell phone that was installed in my boat. It had the 
correct RJ45 connections on it. No hum, no muss, no fuss with a superflex cord. I 
imagine  there are a few more of these old cords laying around. They were 
commonly used for trunk mounted cell phones.
