[TangerineSDR] Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 10-11-2021

Anyone using Odroid N2(+):

The entry in the notes from the recent PSWS / TangerineSDR call is not
entirely true:

So later releases of the OS used a mapping of I2C busses more nearly in
line with the Raspberry Pi 4.0's.
This is probably the case for anyone using the more recent NT2+'s.
