[TangerineSDR] RFI and PSWS Magnetometer

FYI  All of us that have been involved in the initial testing of the
Magnetometer boards are using cat6a shielded cables and  shield
connectors.  Dave Witten KD0EAG has created a draft install manual that is
being reviewed now and will be available on the tangerinesdr.com website
once the reviews are done.
