Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 02-22-2021

1. Welcome to new attendees: Cuong Nguyen - student at University of
Scranton majoring in computer engineering studying digital and FPGA, and
Philip Gladstone N1DQ (runs pskreporter.info/pskmap).

2. Scotty finished the schematic for the Data Engine, sent to CAD person to
start layout (expect a few tweaks during layout), initial cut at the Bill
of Materials (BOM) expected this week.

3. Tom to look at the clock connector document to see if additional types
of information is needed for the HF receiver, leaf, and VLF receiver ICDs.

4. Philip asked if we can avoid color-only module LED fault detection, and
instead have other (example: flash duration) to assist those with RED-GREEN
color discrimination issues.
