Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 02-15-2021

1. Welcome to new attendee(s): Dave Hostetler W6OQ, Stephen W2WF (interest
in solar physics), one other (name unknown).
Congratulations to Khan Tran, received his call: KE8QWB.

2. Scotty is planning to go into CAD with the Data Engine the next few
weeks. Perhaps have Data Engine, Clock, and Receiver boards by mid-May.

3. Discussion on protocol to communicate to the Data Engine FPGA image and
ram from the Local Host (or programmer, module register tool, etc.)

4. Discussion of porting issues with gnuradio 3.9, Raspbian, and
Out-of-Tree modules (e.g. gr-hpsdr).  Folks may want to hold back and
remain with 3.8 until more of the new release issues are settled.
