[TangerineSDR] Magnetometer prep

Ah, thank you Scotty.

I already have 100 feet of plastic water pipe out to the pond, 
and earlier this year I pulled two runs of CAT-6 out there in 
preparation.


I'll get in line for a Raspberry Pi 4.  I may yet live to see 
this operational.
