Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 10-19-2020

1. Discussion on the clock module, performance categories, and status. John
Ackermann N8UR is working on a single pc board that could support all three
categories (low-cost, medium-performance, and high-performance) by
selectively populating various components.

2. Discussion on the FPGA and how to update / reprogram the device using
Ethernet. Attempt will be made to simplify how all this works compared to
previous projects: avoiding programming vs. bootloading distinction by
making the bootloader function more or less fixed, with only the ability to
program the FPGA.

3. Bill is running 64-bit OS on the local host computer (Ubuntu 18.04 on
Odroid N2, Ubuntu 20.04 on R-PI-4).
