[TangerineSDR] HamSCI Workshop Program - Input Requested

I'll work things out with Scotty and Tom. I will have a short
discussion of the timing module, and hopefully some test results of the
PPS quality of the many GPS receivers I have stacked up on the bench.
Neither will take very long, and they can be combined into one time slot.
