Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 08-17-2020

1. David McGaw briefly mentioned the ELORAN system in New Jersey
transmitting 75 KW on 100 KHz.

2. Reviewed magnetometer measurement data from Dave's module by Jules
Madley. The results look quite encouraging.

3. Scotty gave a walk through of the Tangerine clock module for the PSWS. A
schematic has not yet been created.
