[TangerineSDR] HamSCI New and Upgraded Licensees

Hi everyone,

With the help of the Jason Sweeney WX2Q and the NJIT K2MFF club, we were able to conduct a remote VE session over Zoom Thursday night. Many of the new licensees/upgrades were HamSCI (or Scranton) people:

New Licensees:

KC3PVF - Shaaf Sarwar (Scranton Student)

Upgrades to General:
KD2SAK - Dr. Gareth Perry (NJIT Prof)

KD2SNG - Tommy Baran (Scranton Student)
