[TangerineSDR] may have spoken too soon

Latest results. Attached pdf. Two concatenated runMag runs with
beginning of second 15 minutes after end of first with what appears to
be a 'startup transient' of approximately an hour at the beginning of
each run. No idea what's causing that behavior; more testing under way
with local i2c bus connection (no differential extension) on a second
RM3100. More testing participants needed.
