Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 08-10-2020

1. Scotty reviewed the schematic for the XA9 version of the magnetometer schematic. It was requested that a table b added to the schematic (and also the ICD) that defines the three applicatons of the board (Standalone, Remote, Local), how the board is powered, how the board is strapped, what the addresses are for each case, and other things that help folks use the board.
