Notes from PSWS / TangerineSDR call of 09-16-2019

1. DE prototype ready planned by the end of this year. Ver1 FPGA firmware
will be self-test and module interface testing code and boot loader.
Ver2 FPGA firmware will be test code with limited support for OpenHPSDR-V1
(allowing legacy PowerSDR / Gnuradio for RF module debugging).
Ver3 FPGA firmware will be the actual project firmware.

2. Ned mentioned difficulty in calibrating antenna field sensitivity due to
a number of polarization and other coupling effects. He is going to
investigate an antenna array at his Arizona site.

3. We will plan to get together during the DCC Friday night social about
7:00 PM to discuss the HAMSCI project list questions.
