[TangerineSDR] TangerineSDR Clocking Scheme

Hi all,

Attached is a PDF of the proposed clocking scheme for the TangerineSDR, 
along with a dummy CKM that we can use in order to use the on-board 
clock oscillator.

I have shown only the clocks, and not any control or feedback mechanisms.

We can discuss this on teamspeak tonight, along with how we are going to 
synchronize multiple DEs.
