If you can reproduce this error, please trace your encap to a file so
that we can see the data, or use the 'look' command and send us the
results. Without data there is no way for me to answer this.

The downgrade should work, I use it for winlink and for another BPQ
station. At one time I had 100% support for B2F but it got ugly and
people were having problems with it, so the easiest solution was to
simply tell JNOS to use B1F if an incoming B2F occurs.

I would propose there is something else going on here. Again, if you
could provide a data dump of the full session below, or 'look' if you
can catch it fast enough, that would be very helpful.
