[nos-bbs] some failures

My ISP reject/filter (among the others) all msgs
containing IP dotted format... so try here.

actually, having made some changes, on the aim to dismiss
the linbpq, I discovered two kinda failures:


1. two jnos2 operating on the same PC give (each one) the
following protocol error:

13:50:24  44.134.109.1:8011 - MBOX (jnos) connected
13:50:24  44.134.109.1:8011 - MBOX (jnos) forwarding
13:50:24  44.134.109.1:8011 - FBBFWD: remote disconnected early.
13:50:24  44.134.109.1:8011 - MBOX (jnos) fwd exit


2. When a linbpq is erroneously setup with the B2F instead
of B1F the remedy of 'downgrading B2F offer (for now), sorry'
doesn't function anymore... the JNOS2 produce the following
log data.

Is it the case to make the JNOS2 to reply with B2F too?
