[nos-bbs] JNOS <-> BPQ forwarding / Mercury V2 OFDM s/w modem

Good news! Fyi, my understanding is that N2MH runs JNOS in New Jersey and
BPQ in North Carolina, so his BPQ node would be further away than K7EK's
node in Kentucky.
