[nos-bbs] WIN32 JNOS 2.0j.4 on Windows 10 ...

Windows vista mothership servers are no longer up, so if you have an old
copy you can use any old license sticker and have it up and running on vbox
to sandbox.  That way you can test on a relatively modern system without
worrying that you will smoke your current win 10 install.
