I have always wanted a native windows version :]

I actually managed to import my old Visual Studio 2005 code into
my newly installed Visual Studio 2022, and I actually compiled a
new exe, which even runs, doesn't do anything useful, no where
near what the 2005 exe did, but I don't care actually. The fact
that the code base compiles and runs is a huge thing (to me).

I am using the latest NPCAP SDK instead of the old WINPCAP
development package. Curious where this will go ... I'm just
fooling around right now ...

As I told Charles, 'this is a bad idea' ...
