[nos-bbs] Netrom Issues and G8BPQ #define or not ?

I have it compiled in and I connect to most stations using NetRom
for forwarding traffic on top of the AXIP connection to them. This
way I can leverage temporary issues by going through other stations
to maintain the NetRom circuit, albeit at a slightly lower Quality.
