[nos-bbs] Netrom Issues and G8BPQ #define or not ?

Actually it IS defined in netrom.h, meaning it was meant to be a permanent
definition. I only noticed this after I posted to the list, sorry about 
that.

The question is useless then, if I could remove the post I would :|
