How about an example - using 'v' not 'r') - or just grab the area.txt
or a portion of, then tell us what particular entries are annoying you.

I know of cases where it's not the email headers, it's more headers
people LEAVE IN the message when they forward or reply. Some of
it looks so cut and paste it's not funny.
