[nos-bbs] Explanation of Error nr4sbuf

Short answer, that message means the netrom 'connection'
disappeared before JNOS had a chance to 'properly close'
it out type of thing. Now we bring this up, apparently
the later BPQ versions have compression and other stuff
in the netrom L4 layer ? I haven't even looked at what
kind of 'support' I need to add for that ...
