After reading and reading all referenced msgs no setup data are reported
for debate.
When this last summer I stay on IR0AAB site, and there, my JNOS2 don't
function at all with the external internet/netrom environment (probably
due to ADSL/router used in that site), I setup with success an
AXIP/NetRom link from my IR0AAB-2 node based on the latest LinBPQ
6.0.24.x and the latest JNOS2 at N2NOV-7 site. No problem to forward between
the two related BPQ/JNOS2 PMSs.
Furthermore, the above links where setup by using the same 44.x.x.x IPs
like when we used/use on our two JNOS2-JNOS2 systems.
So I agree 100 per cent with the below Bob statements :)

Some general notes:
1) you must ALWAYS use the callsign+SSID in all AX25/AXIP/AXIP/NETROM
setups so:
in JNOS2:
attach axip aab 256 44.134.109.4 IR0AAB-2
in LinBPQ:
MAP IR0RM 44.134.109.1 B
2) Say 'attach axip ...' or 'MAP call(+SSID)' are different modes to
say the same thing... ah ah our European english :)
