[nos-bbs] Bpq <~~>Jnos connects & forwading

Dare I ask if someone can run a FULL trace 0x211 on the ax25 port
so that we can see the traffic from start to end ? Please include the
JNOS nos.log during that interval, and the autoexec.nos entries for
the port in question. If you have the BPQ side config that too would
be nice.
