[nos-bbs] IPV6 and new official release 2.0o

IPV6 support + all development code

    new empty directory

    rsync -av www.langelaar.net::2.0o .

   make sure to read changes.txt and README.ipv6

This will become the new 'official' repo in a few weeks.

Play with it, let me know what's broken please.
