[nos-bbs] QtSoundModem Interface (all 4 ports) - success + try it out ...

I believe the entries are SoundChannelN where N is 1 to 4
value of 0 means NO DEVICE ?

Also I may have not quite got the SLIP (KISS) recv code correct,
it transmits out the proper device, but may have forgot something
on the recv side, you'll know if I did, sorry guys ...
