Good point, i should have worded that better.

Technically, who should be notified that it was rejected ?

Is this because a sysop simply doesn't want to parse the logs each
day for rejected messages ? Honest question. What if is is indeed a
one time post (people do it on email all the time), so what's the
point of notifying a sender who may actually have sent something,
and they will never see the return message again.

Or the sysop at the BBS originating the message, okay that mind
not be a bad idea, but not the immediate forwarding partner ?

John, if you could explain the scenario you have in mind with a
bit more detail, that would be great actually. Thank you.
