[nos-bbs] JNOS return to sender

Can I configure JNOS to recognize a message whose 'To' address matches a
given pattern, discard it and send a 'sorry your message was not
delivered' kind of message to the sender?

The only way I know of is to relay the message via SMTP to a DNS name
with no actual SMTP server behind it. That's clumsy: it requires
defining the name in DNS, and the 'sorry' message won't be sent until
hours later (configured with "smtp dtimeout"). I hope there's a better way.

Rewriting the 'To' address to "refuse" or to an undefined SMTP server
name doesn't have the effect I want. For a BBS user, it causes JNOS to
immediately output a short error message and prompt for another command
(not a message body). Not the same thing as a reply message.

Rewriting the 'To' address to a 'dead letter' mailbox simply discards
the message (eventually), with no reply to the sender.
