[nos-bbs] trace to file

I can tail -f trace files, from JNOS version 2.0m.5C on Ubuntu 16. In 
autoexec.nos I have:

trace p144 0111 ./logs/p144.trace 1000
trace p220 0111 ./logs/p220.trace 1000
trace p440 0111 ./logs/p440.trace 1000

1000 causes JNOS to sync to the file once per second.
