[nos-bbs] JNOS Systemd file Ubuntu 16.10

[SP2L]

Greetings.


Came across searching on Internet:

|Restart=always |
|RestartSec=60 |
|StartLimitInterval=300 |
|StartLimitBurst=3 |

Note that 'StartLimitInterval' must be greater than 'RestartSec * 
StartLimitBurst'
otherwise the service will be restarted indefinitely.
