[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0k.rc (release candidate)

Greetings and very TNX gorgeous Maiko!

All is working OK as I expected; just made a switch change
on the WL2K file, and just pushing one IAC and one NOIAC
to manage old or not standard setups for two PBBS parteners.
