[nos-bbs] Convers link IP

Hi Jack,

I noticed it starting with version 2.0j but I was out of JNOS for a few 
years and have no idea how far back is actually started. Now running 
2.0k.rc and connected to HUB_NA since this morning. I'll let you know if 
it happens again.
