[nos-bbs] Convers link IP

I'm using Jnos2.0k.rc (latest update). The converse server's link is set to a reliable commercial-ip that I've
been using for years without problems.

From time to time, the link will fail. Usually, the convers server will re-establish the link with the original IP and things
progress normally. However, this behavior has changed. Now, the converse server somehow looses and CHANGES the
original link address to a different, random ip address that is nowhere in the link list. As a result, the server can't re-establish
a link back to the original IP address and the convers goes into a 'disconnected' state. To re-establish a valid convers link, I
have to manually force a 'convers DROP' of the non-working IP and reset the convers link using the original valid IP.

How is it possible for the convers sever to arbitrarily change the link IP address when there's only ONE link IP being allowed?

Has anyone using 2.0k.rc or any other version of Jnos experienced this odd convers behavior?
