[nos-bbs] two questions

Hi Group,
I`m running jnos2.0 and i want to play with NOSaprs. But i can not find any
"howto". 
On the website langelaar.net the Doc file is disappeared.
Does anyone have a "howto".
I have also a guestion about the "areas" file. With te commando AF "area
name" you can get a descrition of the erea.
But i`m really not sure how to add  info about the erea.
Can anyone help with this.
