[nos-bbs] JNOS ax25 maxwait

I need some help with the ax25 maxwait parameter.  Specifically, the
documentation says this "Sets a limit (in msec) to the retry timeout
values."  But it doesn't say which retry timeout values.  

 

So, which "retry timeout values" does this limit?

An example of how the limit is used would be helpful.
