[nos-bbs] Forwarding to/from BPQ

Yes, I see the protocol error 3 also sometimes.

By the way.. the square brackets are optional in my script and the P 
means poll.
I'm still mystified why I can't get tcp forward to start.

I just was checking my email, back to sleep.
