[nos-bbs] multiple options for "start telnet"

BPQ uses CR as default. Your login into jnos will fail with this so
add NEEDLF right after the port in the connect script of BPQ and
BPQ will now be sending CRLF after the user and password.

Adding a period before the user name in BPQ doesn't effect your
login and forwarding to jnos (anymore) - you can remove it.
