[nos-bbs] Compiling v. 2.0j.7v

Thanks, Maiko and others for the prompt help. That corrected the issue. 
The package name is 'libssl-dev'. There's a comment in wlauth.c pointing 
to 'openssl-devel' which is not in the standard repos. That led me a 
merry chase. :-)
