[nos-bbs] JNOS bleeding doesn't work with BPQ

the BPQ Ports situation is a little tricky, but it's easy once you enter
into the mind of the author :)
TCPPORT=8010
FBBPORT=8011 8012
Now, the TCPPORT is the one which accept *ONLY* the true
telnet connections.
The FBBPORT(s) were created *ONLY* and dedicated for the old
version of 'WinFBB-1.0.35 alpha' *connects*... I'm my doubts that
IT could be connected by the actual xdfbb-7.0.x FBB versions and
the JNOS2+ too.
Bob will you try FBB type forwarding tests, PSE?
