[nos-bbs] jnos quits forwarding session prematurely

I continue to see a few cases where JNOS prematurely quits a forwarding
session with "FQ". Nos.log doesn't indicate what the problem was. This
happened twice over a period of about 7 hours (4/18 23:37 - 4/19 06:24). So
it's not a huge problem. But it would be nice to know what JNOS thinks is
wrong.

N6MEF is JNOS 2.0j.7v+bleeding+forward.c, set to "mbox fbb 2" and "cronly"
in forward.bbs

EXAMPLE 1:

JNOS connects to FBB and sends a proposal. FBB responds with "N". JNOS
quits the session prematurely. nos.log does not indicate a problem.
