[nos-bbs] jnos quits forwarding session prematurely

I continue to see a few cases where JNOS prematurely quits a forwarding
session with "FQ". Nos.log doesn't indicate what the problem was. This
happened twice over a period of about 7 hours (4/18 23:37 - 4/19 06:24). So
it's not a huge problem. But it would be nice to know what JNOS thinks is
wrong.

N6MEF is JNOS 2.0j.7v+bleeding+forward.c, set to "mbox fbb 2" and "cronly"
in forward.bbs
EXAMPLE 1:
JNOS connects to FBB and sends a proposal. FBB responds with "N". JNOS
quits the session prematurely. nos.log does not indicate a problem.

EXAMPLE 2:
JNOS connects to FBB with no proposals, sends "FF". FBB responds with two
proposals. The second proposal is missing the size. JNOS quits. JNOS only
logs the first proposal. nos.log does not indicate a problem. JNOS does
not send a "*** Protocol error ." to the other end.
