[nos-bbs] mbox fbb 2 inconsistent SID

"mbox fbb 2" produces inconsistent SID values, depending on whether
connection is incoming or outgoing.

Perhaps this has not been addressed yet.  But for clarity/completeness, I
figured I should report that it still exists with the latest fixes:

N6MEF is running 2.0j.7v with "bleeding edge" fixes.
N6RME is an FBB machine.
(passwords replaced with "********")

When N6MEF connects to N6RME, N6RME displays "B1F" in its SID.  N6MEF
responds with "B1F".
